I understand that this tournament will be RUN ON TURF instead of Matting and that it will be a fixed format, meaning all races will be 4 of 4 heats per race with the goal of giving everyone, except Vets, 40 heats for the weekend. Vets will get 32 heats for the weekend and will run 3 of 3s or 4 of 4s.

I understand that the COVID policy requires that masks will need to be always worn while indoors regardless of being vaccinated or not, there will be a COVID Release form that everyone who comes into the building will need to sign, and the person completing this entry form will communicate this information to the rest of their team. This could change as we get closer to Aoril.
